Doggy Ice Cream

What more needs to be said, we got icecream :) :) :)   Mom tells us outside tempature was right at 80 so we got to have a cooooool treat !!   Thanks Mom :) :) :)

The F Word & Leavenworth

Sorry we didn't post yesterday, its my (Otis) fault - kinda.   But first, mom, dad, and Amy came HOME!!  They got home mid morning on Sunday - they went someplace called Leavenworth, not the Kansas prison kind of Leavenworth, but the Bavarian themed town in Washington State.  They told us about some food they ate - German Sausages and  hot german potatoe salad (they didn't bring us anything).   Mom did get some new ornaments - look, its me and my sister Black Pearl!   Anywho, mom didn't post yesterday because I was pretty restless in my crate/bed all night long Sunday night.  When mom got us up at 4:30 AM (yes AM) she noticed I had little tiny brown droppings on my hind legs and then she found a live FLEA - ugh a FLEA.   Mom put some drops on me and then sent us back to bed.   When she got home from work at 3:00 PM she went to PetSmart and ordered some pills that I'm suppose to take once a month and she also got some special shampoo.   Next thing I know, all three of us are in the tub and getting a bath - oh the scrubbing felt sooo good on my hinny.   Then mom had to hurry up and eat dinner cause she goes someplace called college - to get more knowlegde.   Our people Brian was home during the day and washed our bedding so while mom was gone gettin educated dad got our beds put back together, oh so nice and warm.  We where in bed almost asleep when mom got home - she said I slept much better, wasn't so restlest last night.  So now each night this week I'll get a good brushing and probably weekly baths with our new special shampoo.   I recommend to NOT GET FLEAS - TOO ITCHY !!!    

Where's Mom ?

We are impatiently waiting for Mom, Dad, & Amy to come home.  They up and left us on Thursday and the are still MIA.  Left us here with our people Brian.  It' OK, but he leaves each morning just after breakfast and then gets home just at dinner time.   Where are our people?   We hear everyone is suppose to be home on Sunday early afternoon.   We can't wait for mom to get home, we neeeed our cuddle lap!!!!

Yummy Beams

                     Oh mom got us this new yummy treat from The Honest Kitchen - Beams :)

They came in the mail yesterday - what yesterday?  Why are we just now getting to taste them?

Anyway, we finally got a taste and ohhh, sooo yummy !   The Beams come in long thin strips so mom cut up one of the strips in half and we each got our own half!

Thanks mom, we LOVE them.  You've GOTTA get your mom to order you some !!!

Too Wet To Go Outside

Today's photo is not of us, what up with that?   Today'd photo shows how much it is raining outside.   Very heavy rain this afternoon.   Ever since mom got home, it has decided to really storm, like thunder bolts, lighning, and heavy rain squalls, so much rain we don't want to go outside.   It is fun to bark at the thunder though (even though dad get mad at us).   Tomorrow  is supposed to be nice again. 

Bistro Pugs

Guess who's birthday it is today - Moms :)    Happy Birthday Mom !!   She is celebrating her 10th anniversay of her 36th birthday.  Our people Dad, Amy, and Brian got mom this cute bistro set for her back yard porch.   Now she can sit, enjoy a latte, and watch us play.   Hope your dad was super special mom, we love you :)

We LOVE Hotdogs

Look, we got a hotdog !   They are soooo yummy !   We think mom and dad need to BBQ more often !
Too bad we don't always get mom and dad food too often :(   Something to look forward too - hopefully real soon :)

Swim Time

Oh look at us, we're playing in our pool!   Mom got us this pool a couple of weeks ago, its been sitting in the living room holding our toys.   It finally got warm enough here in the Pacific Northwest to move it outside and give it a try.   Otis doesn't care too much - he's a princess, doesn't like to be wet.   Black Pearl sure enjoys trying to get the cartoons on the bottom of the pool.   It's suppose to be up around 80 ish for the next week so we'll keep playing until mom puts it away.

Our 1st Camping Trip

We went camping over our Nation's birthday - went to Big Lake, WA. 

We got to try marshmellows,

We got to try some chicken,

and a little bit of Kilbasa - some kind of fancy hotdog.  

When we got home, mom said we smelled like smokey pugs, we didn't go too close to the fire pit - we're guessing bathtime is coming on Saturday.   We slept all the way home, its hard to be awake all day long and for two days in a row - no couch to nap on.   And there was so many things to explore - we saw 4 deer, 5 rabbits, and lots of eagles - mom kept us in our harnesses and we were coupled together so we had to stay together (mom hoped we didn't look like lunch to the eagles).   It sure feels good to be home!

Happy 4th Of July !!

Happy 4th of July !!,   We were camping so mom wasn't able to post yesterday.   Hope your 4th was full of great new things - we really celebrated - pictures to come.

Oh Crabs

Our people dad went crabbing yesterday morning and again this morning  -  He and our people Brian, and people Uncle Ted got a total of 13 crabs.   7 Dungeness and 6 Rock Crab.

We got to  "play" with one of em - ewww he gots pinchers !   Black Pearl ALMOST got pinched but people dad shoo'ed her away just in the nick-of time -  whew, thanks dad!!

Now, whens dinner ?
